I am absolutely loving dressing our little boy and all the cute outfits that there are for our littles. As I am currently on maternity leave it is far too tempting to go shopping mad! However, I am trying to stick to a maternity budget and we have also been gifted some beautiful clothes for our son Heath. This has meant that so far we haven’t had to go out and buy very much ourselves!
The outfit I’m featuring this Wednesday was a gift from a friend. I am absolutely in love with it! Whether our baby had been a boy or a girl, dungarees were always going to feature heavily!
Socks: newborn size from Next. I think the stars are just super cute.
Dribble bib: Florence and Fred at Tesco. I chose it because the bear matches the dungarees perfectly.
T-shirt: Nutmeg at Morrisons. Again, it’s covered in bears – can you spot a theme of the clothes I like? The dungarees do have a matching top but I enjoy mixing and matching his clothes to find cute combinations.
Dungarees: Florence and Fred at Tesco and I absolutely adore them. The dark blue fold back of the fasteners and the front pocket are fabulous details that make the outfit even more gorgeous. By far, though, those knee pads!!!
I cannot get over the cuteness of those knee pads!!! They definitely lift the outfit to cuteness overload!
I know in the future he will be in charge of picking his outfits but right now I’m enjoying every minute of it. My favourite colours to dress him in are navy and grey at the moment. However, I also love pops of colour and I’m sure they’ll feature in future posts!
The best bit about this outfit is that two of our friends bought it for us. In two different sizes! He can wear it for a little while yet!
For anyone who is interested the muslin is Bambino Mio, Grizzly. I love it!
